Context
Once the platform was live, it still had to be kept alive. Feeding Instagram, Facebook and TikTok all year took time the team did not have, and handing the brand to an outside agency meant losing the right tone. The need: produce a lot, regularly, without building a content team or letting an AI publish unsupervised.
Solution
An in-house tool built around a weekly cycle in five steps: you describe the week's priorities, the AI proposes a schedule, you approve it, it prepares the content, you approve post by post, then publishing runs on its own at the scheduled time. Reels are broken into a shot list, with an image chosen for each sentence, subtitles and automatic editing. Nothing goes out without approval: a rejected piece goes back for correction. Cost guardrails frame the whole thing with a monthly ceiling, an estimate before every render and a detailed usage log, and a technical screen surfaces any anomaly.
Results
Salon du Vintage now produces content one cycle a week, across three networks, in its own voice. Preparing a week comes down to a few minutes of instructions and one approval session, where it used to take a full day of writing and editing. And every post remains a human decision.
