Context
WeWantSaké, a specialist Japanese sake shop, ran on a slow, dated WooCommerce that hurt the brand, the SEO and the conversion rate alike.
Solution
The WooCommerce back-office stays, but the front-end is fully rebuilt in Next.js (headless): redesigned experience, optimised catalogue and product pages, deployed on Vercel.
Results
A site four times faster, a mobile PageSpeed score above 90, and a modern shopping experience that finally does the catalogue justice.
