Privacy & cookies
This page explains what data is processed, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights. It also covers Calendly, Resend and browser local storage.

Controller
The data controller is WonderWeb. For any question or request concerning your data, contact:
hello@wonderweb.proData collected
When you use the contact form, book a slot through Calendly or subscribe to the Journal, the following data may be processed:
- the first name or name you provide
- email address
- message content
- appointment date and time
- technical preferences stored in your browser
Purposes & legal basis
This data is used to answer your request, understand your project, arrange an appointment and manage the relationship. If you tick the Journal subscription box, your email address is also used to send you new publications. Professional enquiries rely on your request for pre-contractual steps or WonderWeb's legitimate interest; the newsletter relies on your consent. Data is not sold or used for automated advertising.
Required fields are necessary to handle your request. Without them, WonderWeb will be unable to reply.
Retention
Prospect enquiries and related correspondence are kept for no more than three years from your last contact. Journal subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. When a contractual relationship begins, certain data may be archived for longer to meet applicable accounting, tax or evidentiary obligations.
Recipients & hosting
Data is accessible only to WonderWeb and, where strictly necessary, its technical providers: Vercel Inc. for website hosting, Resend for subscriber management and Journal delivery, and Calendly for appointment booking. These companies are established in the United States; technical transfers outside the European Economic Area are governed by the safeguards offered by these providers.
Cookies & local storage
The website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It stores a few preferences in your browser and displays a consent banner. If you accept, Google Analytics measures site audience (page views, traffic sources, actions such as starting an audit); no measurement tool is loaded if you refuse. The Calendly calendar is embedded directly on the contact page so calls can be booked even if you refuse non-essential cookies.
| Key | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| theme | Remember the selected theme | Until deleted by the user |
| wonderweb_cookie_choice | Remember your cookie-banner answer | Until deleted by the user |
| Calendly | Display the booking calendar and manage the appointment | Until deleted by the user |
You can delete this preference at any time from your browser's site-storage settings.
Google Analytics audience measurement is only activated with your consent, with IP anonymisation. Google LLC is established in the United States; transfers are governed by the safeguards offered by this provider. If advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated and consent choices will be adapted.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
To exercise your rights, email hello@wonderweb.pro.
