When you use the contact form, book a slot, subscribe to the Journal or accept non-essential trackers, the following data may be processed:

• the first name or name you provide
• email address
• message content
• appointment date and time
• technical preferences stored in your browser
• pages viewed, traffic source and campaign identifiers present in the URL (for example gclid, fbclid and UTM parameters)
• technical browsing signals sent to Google according to your consent state, with richer measurement data only after acceptance

This data is used to answer your request, understand your project, arrange an appointment and manage the relationship. If you tick the Journal subscription box, your email address is also used to send you new publications. Professional enquiries rely on your request for pre-contractual steps or WonderWeb's legitimate interest; the newsletter relies on your consent. Google Analytics/Ads storage and Meta Pixel activation rely on your consent. Before consent, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps these storage permissions denied and may send only cookieless measurement signals for attribution and modelling. Form data is not sold.

Required fields are necessary to handle your request. Without them, WonderWeb will be unable to reply.

Prospect enquiries and related correspondence are kept for no more than three years from your last contact. Journal subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. When a contractual relationship begins, certain data may be archived for longer to meet applicable accounting, tax or evidentiary obligations. Retention periods for measurement and advertising data are also determined by the relevant provider settings and policies.

Data is accessible only to WonderWeb and, where strictly necessary, its technical providers: Vercel Inc. for website hosting, the WonderWeb CRM for managing requests and appointments, Resend for subscriber management and Journal delivery, Google LLC for Google Consent Mode and Google Analytics, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for Meta Pixel when it is activated with your consent. Where data is accessed outside the European Economic Area, transfers are governed by the mechanisms and safeguards offered by the relevant providers.

The website stores a few preferences in your browser and displays one consent banner. Google Consent Mode v2 is configured with ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied by default. If you accept, these Google storage permissions are granted and Meta Pixel may load. If you decline, Analytics/Ads storage remains denied and Meta Pixel does not load; the Google tag may still send limited cookieless measurement signals to measure and model campaign effectiveness. Forms and booking remain available whatever you choose.

You can withdraw your choice at any time by deleting the WonderWeb preference in your browser's site-storage settings; the consent banner will then be shown again.

Google uses Consent Mode v2. Before consent, Analytics and advertising storage as well as ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied; limited cookieless technical pings may still be sent to Google for measurement and modelling. After acceptance, these signals are updated to granted. Meta Pixel remains fully blocked before consent and only loads when a valid Pixel ID is configured. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation. Google LLC is established in the United States and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may rely on Meta group entities located outside the European Economic Area; any transfers are governed by the mechanisms and safeguards offered by those providers.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

WonderWeb applies reasonable security and data-minimisation measures. As no online service can guarantee zero risk, please report any issue concerning your data without delay.
