Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes, as long as nothing is offered in return. Every customer can always post a Google review or write to you; we decide with you how to present these two choices.
Do I need to change tools?
No. You send the request yourself from a simple interface, on phone or computer, or it goes out automatically from the tool you already use: CRM, quoting software, calendar, bookings, till or internal tool.
How long does it take to start?
Usually less than a week: we set your wording, colours and send times with you, then run a test.
Can I stop whenever I want?
With the monthly plan, yes. The yearly plan commits you for 12 months, in exchange for the free setup. Your reviews stay on your Google listing.
